Soo Ah Kwon (Ph.D., University of California, Berkeley 2005) is Assistant Professor of Asian American Studies and Human and Community Development. Her research interests include youth political participation and identity formation, community organizing and community development, popular culture, race and ethnic relations, social movements, and qualitative research including ethnography, participatory action research, and oral histories. She has published on Asian American youth political organizing and popular culture.
